GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
WINE — Contemporary Luxury Art

1. General
These terms apply to all inquiries, acquisitions, commissions and collaborations involving original artworks created by WINE.
By engaging with WINE, the collector acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
2. Original Works
All artworks presented by WINE are original contemporary artworks unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Availability, dimensions, finishes and presentation may vary.
Selected works are shown online. Private availability is shared upon request only.
3. Pricing
All pricing is communicated privately upon inquiry.
Prices may change without prior notice until a work has been formally reserved or invoiced.
Shipping, import duties, local taxes, framing or installation costs are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Reservations & Payments
Artworks are reserved only after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.
For commissioned works, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before creation begins.
Final payment must be completed before shipment or delivery.
WINE reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment terms are not met.
5. Commissions
Commissioned works are created in the signature style and artistic direction of WINE.
Collectors may share preferences regarding dimensions, atmosphere, palette or spatial integration, however final artistic interpretation remains exclusively with the artist.
Commission deposits are non-refundable.
Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned works, commissions cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Worldwide shipping may be arranged upon request.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on artwork size, destination, customs procedures or production schedules.
WINE is not responsible for delays caused by external transport providers, customs authorities or force majeure circumstances.
Risk transfers to the collector upon delivery.
7. Returns
All sales are considered final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for original artworks or commissioned works.
In the unlikely event of transport damage, the collector must notify WINE within 48 hours after delivery including photographic documentation.
8. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, texts and visual materials remain the intellectual property of WINE.
No reproduction, commercial use, publication or digital distribution is permitted without prior written consent.
Acquisition of an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
Collector inquiries, acquisitions and private collaborations are handled with discretion and confidentiality.
Personal information is never shared with third parties unless required for logistics or legal obligations.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
